In collaboration with professionals who daily experience problems with transportation and weight lifting in connection with the testing of lifting equipment, IMMO has developed and produced an electric weight trolley with an engine. By using a weight trolley, you minimize the risk of overloading joints and muscles in connection with the testing of weighing equipment as the trolley can transport a weight of up to 400 kg. over to the lift where the test is carried out. At maximum weight the whole trolley is lifted. The result is fewer repeated lifts for the employee and less wear that can ultimately lead to sickness absence. This can have economic consequences for the company in the form of increased expenses for sick pay, holiday pay, pension and recruiting of temporary staff.
The weight trolley is an ergonomic device that is useful, for example, in the health care sector. The engine has a good traction force and is regulated steplessly in both directions. The top speed can be adjusted to the user’s walking pace.
The weight trolley is delivered in a standard version with 10 weight discs of 25 kg. that provide the possibility of loading with 50 to 350 kg. in intervals of 25 kg. Extra weight discs of 25 kg. and a set of 1 and 5 kg. discs can be purchased on the side, which provide the possibility of loading with 50 to 525 kg. in intervals of 1 kg.
